Principal Agent
James Law is a successful real estate professional and business man who was born in Malaysia, grew up in Brunei and has been living and working in Auckland, New Zealand since 1996.
James holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing and information systems. James is a ‘time economist’ and after beginning his career in real estate in 2001, he worked with another renowned business expert to develop accelerated learning and training techniques designed to save 70% in learning time.
In 2007, James created the Real Estate PowerTeam Training system. In 2010, James was appointed Executive Director of NAI Harcourts Parnell, a worldwide network of more than 300 offices with 5,000 commercial real estate professionals. Also in 2010, James was named Number 1 salesperson in New Zealand, nationwide, by Ray White Commercial. James’s expertise in time management, technology, business, and commercial and residential real estate was the catalyst for James Law Realty, the number 1 law in real estate.

Michelle first started in real estate in 2002, that’s a long time ago!
Michelle has been with James Law Realty since its first year of incorporation and has been an integral part of the company.
Her areas of expertise are:

Michelle offers strategic development advice with an emphasis on Commercial awareness; Contracts; Commercial Landlord/Tenant relationships; Negotiation; Risk management; Project planning; and Project progression.
Previous to being with James Law Realty Michelle was with the Auckland based Bayleys team.
Sales Director
Kim has been exceeding Kiwi customer expectations for over 30 years having held Sales Management positions nationwide with some of NZ’s largest retailers including 16 years at Dick Smith. As General Manager he led such companies as Digital Mobile Vodafone and other NZ based companies always with a strong focus on fulfilling customer needs. Within these roles he travelled extensively bringing back to NZ innovative commercial building initiatives from as far as away as the UK and Europe. He has a passion for handling multiple significant projects and through understanding his client’s needs being able to offer the best possible solutions. More recently he has been affiliated to both the residential and commercial building industries giving him a sound understanding of build process and compliance. Away from work Kim is a mad keen fisherman and when time allows he’s chasing snapper around the Hauraki Gulf with family and friends.
